Hello MHES families,

Hope everyone is coping during this difficult time.  We have included many helpful resources and supports that you may want to access.

OTTAWA PUBLIC LIBRARY

Although all physical branches of the Ottawa Public Library are closed, our online presence is open 24/7.  Check out our website https://biblioottawalibrary.ca/ to access all of our online resources. You can read newspapers, magazines and eBooks online, plus download or stream audiobooks, music and movies.  There is a wide variety of on-line learning courses to help you learn things like how to play an instrument, learn a new language, upgrade business skills, brush up on writing skills, or teach yourself a software program.  As well, OPL Librarians are curating lists of cool ideas and resources for recreation, exploration, and education! It's a great resource for all City of Ottawa residents that you access with your library card. No library card? No worries! You can sign up for a temporary OPL card – or renew your card – by contacting OPL InfoService by phone  (613) 580-2940 or by email InfoService@BiblioOttawaLibrary.ca, Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.
